First they sat the people that came in after us. Before us. But we told them how we was from iowa and in town for the day. When we said the whole reason we was there. Was to try authentic chicago style pizza. We was told it would be a hour. But the place was only 1/4 to 1/3 full. The soda pop was flat. The wings was fair. The thin pizza we did get was good. If I lived here I would not be drawn back. Not a bad experience. Just average. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

We went for an early dinner at Gino's East in Lake Geneva. We've eaten here before but this will be the last time. Our server (who was apparently new) forgot to order our appetizer,, then didn't check on us for a L-O-N-G time. We finally got the attention of another server and got the appetizer (re)ordered. When the deep dish pizzas arrived the waitress claimed the pans were super hot but the pizza had clearly been out of the oven for some time...not very hot at all. Can't believe we paid over $125 dollars for 2 adults and 2 children and received this level of service. This was a Sunday in January so definitely not peak season by any stretch of the imagination.
