New to town. Tried Gino’s because it was nearby. It is the best pizza I’ve ever had! Incredible! Family owned by the nicest couple. I’ve had their pizza, garlic cheese bread, and meatball sub. All are fantastic! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Meatball, Pepperoni Pizza, Garlic Bread

I actually didn't get to try this place. BUT here's why this place gets 5 stars from me anyways: My husband and I drove about 5 hours to get to grand rapids. We arrived at our hotel later in the night and started looking up pizza places open late during the week, that also delivered. We stumbled upon this place and I called them up. Not being from the area I really didn't know how far we were from Gino's but called anyways. The man that answered the phone was so kind right from the beginning. Unfortunately our hotel was too far for them to deliver (and we didn't want to drive anymore for the night) but this man offered to BRING US A PIZZA ON HIS WAY HOME FROM WORK YALL! We obviously were not gunna make this man bring us a pizza after his long late shift, but I guarantee if I would have said yes I could have tried Gino's pizza that night. Customer service is clearly top priority to this company and if I'm ever in the area again, I will most definitely be ordering from Gino's. Keep up the good work Service: 5
