We had reservations for 8 people at 6:30pm this evening for our 51st Anniversary. Our waitress was excellent. Very attentive, pleasant and sweet. I watched her as she had 4 other tables she was taking care of plus ours. Our food came out in a very timely manner and none of us had any complaints. I highly recommend this restaurant. Always recommend reservations. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've never had issues with this restaurant, but our family get together here was just atrocious. Most of our meals were incorrect and quite a few of us got sick after eating here. Our brother in law literally had ice in the center of his food and the manager tried saying they cooked everything through and that the food is not frozen when it very clearly is. They added extra things onto our bill and would not refund and only gave us a gift card (why would we come back after that terrible experience). It took 50 minutes for us to get water refills. We were there for a long time and the waitress was no where to be found a lot of the time. I understand places are understaffed, but there were only a few other small tables there aside from us so they were no where near being busy. It's sad because I liked this place the few other times I had been there, but it's definitely gone downhill and management does not seem to care they are putting out bad food. 3 out of the 11 meals were right. My sister actually had to ask them to put their meals in to go boxes from how long it took and she couldn't even eat the meal when she got home because they put something in it that she specified she is very allergic to. I don't recommend this place anymore if they're going to continue to do business like that. They should have been shut down from how bad that meal was. We were there to celebrate my dad's birthday and I feel bad for him on how the dinner and evening turned out. Thanks for trying…we are working on the server service issue…I believe some of your meals were comped and a gift card was awarded…

Such a terrible experience. The server was so kind and I felt bad because they do say they are understaffed and she worked really hard. But the food was just terrible a couple people in our party felt sick after eating. The meatball was cold in the middle on one meal and it was really not edible. We asked for it to be removed from the bill and the manager came out and stated he assured it was cooked and didn’t want to remove it. We were charged for 2 calamari orders when we didn’t even order calamari. I waited 2 hours for my entree and asked for no cheese and it was covered in cheese when it came out. Will not be going back, just really sad to pay so much for a terrible experience. Service: Dine in Food: 1

This is Gino the owner and it was me who came to your table. I removed it immediately from your bill and never refused to remove it. That statement is false that I refused. If our guests are not happy, I always offer to make another meal or I would remove the item from the bill. If I’m not mistaken, we also offered gift cards. My restaurant is a family owned independent restaurant and my family works very hard to survive in this difficult industry. Obviously these one star reviews never help a restaurant, but this is the second one star review from the same table. I want the public to know that my meatballs are NEVER frozen. They are simmered in our marinara sauce. But I will investigate on why your meatball was cold. thanks for trying..
