Having seen New Otani Art Museum, it's time to have a rest at this restaurant. Have a nice time here and share nicely cooked fried seafood, chicken sushi and crispy chicken salads with your friends. Good draft beer is the best drinks of Gintei Toriuma.

Avoid. Not a great Japanese experience. Seems like a cash in on the tourist boom. Hastily built rooms in an underground corridor. Has a dingy karaoke smell and vibe to the place. Cold air blew in from outside. Exposed fuse box on the wall adding to the decor. Food was surprisingly ok. Karaage was good. Fries are fries, hard to mess up. Portions were generally small and overpriced. Spent 6500 pp, which was too much for what we had Staff were nice enough. Touts are in the street. Don't go in. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥6,000–7,000 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
