This is one of not many breakfast places open early. Great service. A small place but enough choices to try traditional Japanese breakfast. Don’t miss it on the maps, entrance is thru the “Musse” hotel, 2nd floor. My pricier hotel charges 5,000 for breakfast. This was just under 3,000 Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ginza Breakfast Lab ¥2750/ pax (buffet) We made reservations online as walk-ins would def wait a while. It’s located at the 2F of Hotel Musse Ginza and a lot of in-house guests and nearby patrons get lunches here. We looove the multi bento tray, and the dishes were also already placed in mini containers, except for soups, rice, and some dishes that you have to scoop for yourself. Super dope! We totally enjoyed it here. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
