What a delightful omakase dinner experience for a solo diner. The environment is warm, attentive, professional, and witty. The hostess and chef kindly accommodated my lack of Japanese without judgement and explained the dishes perfectly. The service is well-paced and perfectly attentive without being overbearing. The dishes showcased local seasonal offerings with a very slight touch of creative fusion influences. Just enough to show range but not so much that it’s a gimmick. A perfect balance of old and new. The thoughtfulness shows, and I look forward to returning. Our second visit to this incredible restaurant. Head Chef Ryuichi Kaneko is a true master at his craft, the ingredients he chooses are seasonal and wonderfully created. It was a real honour to visit this restaurant, his team are brilliant and you can see the pride they each have in playing their own part in what is an experience not to be missed. Every dish was superb, cooked in several different ways including over charcoal and straw, the lobster was the finest I have ever tasted! Thank you! I had "the most amazing dining experience of the year" at Ginza Inaba. First of all, the food was excellent. The chef's delicate technique and fresh ingredients harmonized to delight the palate with each dish. I was especially impressed by the delicate flavor of the signature dish. The service was also very nice. The staff were professional yet warm and created a comfortable atmosphere. He was thorough in explaining the dishes and suggesting drinks, and there was no sense of discomfort in communicating with the guests. The private room was also appealing. We were able to relax and enjoy our meals in a private space, allowing us to spend a special time away from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. The calm atmosphere and beautiful interior design also complemented the overall atmosphere. Additionally, the hospitality was amazing. The staff always greeted me with a smile and I was impressed by their attentiveness. We sincerely appreciate the attitude of being attentive to the needs of our guests and providing them with a comfortable time. Finally, I am grateful to have met Ginza Inaba. is. Its dignity and high-quality service made the dining experience even more gorgeous. In summary, I had the best dining experience of the year at Ginza Inaba. The food, service, quality of the private room, and hospitality were all in perfect harmony, and we were able to spend a truly satisfying time.
