Amazing experience! I’ve had a lot of sushi, but the Omakase here had so many different offerings, my eyes were opened to a whole different side of sushi. Additionally, English explanations are offered for each dish and the preparation process. I gained a deep appreciation of the chef’s process, and feel very fortunate to watch a master of his craft.
