The ice cream is excellent, but unfortunately the service lets the place down. It’s either extremely inexperienced or simply poorly managed—basic service standards seem to be missing. In any case, it’s not worth the long wait.

Wonderful tasting gelato, not super sweet and perfectly tarty for the lime and mango and maracuja. The cold iced latte macchiato with white chocolate and hazelnut was an amazing combination and they even had decaf and alternative milk! Not sure why the rating is so low, it’s nice enough!
