One of the most memorable gastronomic encounters in our Sicilian trip! Glass is a beautiful petite wine bar with a great selection of quality food and attentive service. The snacks offered are very unique and authentically Sicilian, and the highlight is the seafood board - the combination of fresh and smoked/cured seafood is amazing! The service is very professional — the male server in round spectacles is very respectful and attentive, and is ready to engage in friendly chats (and jokes :)) ! We had a wonderful evening here. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I chose the local fish of the day, which was tuna, and it was cooked perfectly: exactly as it should be. My partner had the entrecôte, which was also absolutely delicious. The wine was perfect, and our waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the evening. Compliments! To finish, we enjoyed the homemade tiramisu, which was delicious, and a limoncello offered by the house -> the perfect finishing touch to a fantastic meal. Highly recommended! Food is patchy. Some like the burrata was very good others like the squid ink pasta was passable. What was most annoying was the anchovy pasta without anchovies. They took the orders even though the chef later admitted that there were no anchovies available. They only owned up when challenged. Good selection of wines and friendly waiter.
