I went here today ordered two double cheeseburgers, bit into a burger and there was wire in it. I took it back to the shop and all they said was sorry. Didn't even offer a refund. Ordered from here tonight as it’s our usual go to place. Recieved a notification to say our order was on its way. Waited 35 minutes (only a 10 minute journey) rang and was told “driver will be there shortly”. Realised we had actually been waiting for almost an hour so rang again to be told that they weren’t happy with us calling again as we only called 5 minutes ago, we said it had been almost an hour and the response was “well busy ennit”. Never spoken to people so rude! Understand that it gets busy sometimes but if you have told me that my order is on its way then I don’t expect it to take almost triple the time to be delivered to me.
