This turned out to be a wonderful find. Small shop that had two excellent baristas that were all about intention and producing the best product that they can. Ordered a flat white and it was made as well as it could be. The espresso on grind for the day made for a more balanced flat white than I tend to prefer, but the steaming and temperature did yield a great micro-foam and temperature. The shop itself is small and the aesthetic just works for the location. No frills, everything is just super functional and simple. The location also has some baked goods that I didn’t try during my visit but will be sure to my next stop. The pop tarts looked excellent. The attention to detail and the fact that both of the baristas were knowledgable and passionate about their craft in a non-pretentious manner made it an even better experience. This is actually the first shop I have found in KC that is the exact vibe I look for. Highly recommend. Service: Dine in Price per person: $1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
