Went to try Godiva Bistro at kepri mall when we went batam last weekend. The food comes really slow, almost missed our ferry because 1 of the food took about 30mins to be serve, although only got 2 tables with customer when we order our food. The staff all blur, food taste not nice. When we want to pay, the cashier key in wrong food item as well. So overall is a very bad experience.
