We ordered our pie over the phone. The person who answered (a gentleman), overwhelmed by the weather (clearly), took our order on the fly. When we came to pick it up, our order was not fulfilled. A brochure ordered with the words “Happy Birthday” was missing. We definitely felt we were being boring when we specified it. Since then, we have been treated as unpleasant people (it is easy not to take responsibility and blame incompetence on others). When you go to a restaurant, my good sir, and you order something, you expect to get what you ordered... it seems to me (a rare steak is not a medium steak and you will not be happy that we do not respect your wishes. You pay for your meal). By the way, we asked for "Joyful", not "Happy", but that's just a detail... I guess. On site: no bancontact (it is broken). The proposed solution: go to a distributor 20 minutes round trip. We're not from the area. It is me who proposes an alternative solution. A simulacrum of crazy situations on site: a person blocking the line for a problem with a pie (large vs small)... missing boxes, forcing us to take large boxes, a disagreement over the freshness of the bread with another customer (bread that was from yesterday at the time of the exchange), etc. Regarding the tart: we got it broken in two, it was not exceptional in terms of taste, that's a fact. You can take out all the ingredients you want, in the end, I judge the quality I found below the usual standards (please accept it. You cannot question everyone's tastes and colors). On the other hand, putting people down in your comments instead of taking feedback and improving is a lack of respect for our way of thinking. I unfortunately do not recommend this place. I ordered a strawberry tart with a chocolate bar with the text “Happy Birthday Mom” (for my mom’s birthday obviously). When we arrived there, the lady had difficulty finding the orders of several people and on the pie that I had ordered there was only the text “Mom”. No “happy birthday.” I ask for explanations and I am told that supposedly you can't write on a pie... I insisted that we could have put a chocolate bar as discussed on the phone when I placed the order (funny that on the phone no one mentioned that they can't "write" on the pie/put a chocolate wafer as requested). After insisting I got what you see in the photo. I would be ashamed to sell something like that. The pie wasn't up to par either unfortunately. It’s a stupid tart with crème fraîche, no crème pâtissière/other. I just find it shameful and disrespectful to have this kind of behavior towards someone who wants to give this pie to their mother. Perhaps this reflects the lack of respect they have towards their mothers. To avoid. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Our shortbread is homemade and with crushed hazelnuts, vanilla pod,... but what a cinema for a happy birthday label... Unfortunately I no longer had any pads and on my order sheet it only said "mom"... Anyway, I had to do it quickly because Madame was getting impatient and was very unpleasant which she forgot to specify apparently...as far as respect for our mothers is concerned, I won't allow you! My mother died 13 years ago I was 24 when I lost her and believe me she meant a lot to me and as for the lady (my wife) her mother lives 3000km from her and it's not easy every day... Furthermore, I would still like to apologize for this inconvenience. I'm going to make chocolate labels again. Good to you.More
