It was my first time trying restaurant quality ramen at GOGYO Fitzroy. There is definitely something special about the broth which is highly complex and sophisticated. Also loved the super fresh noodles. Another way to describe the Kogashi Shoyu ramen that I tried is the Koreanised Chinese dish Jja Jang Meyoen transformed into Japanese ramen. Last but not least, the atmosphere as well as the staff are near perfect Highly recommended.
