Yesterday my colleagues took me with great enthusiasm to visit Goiko in Diversia, Alcobendas, because they said that the food was very good but several agreed that several times they had received bad service, to be very objective, the hamburger was very delicious but the fries were Several of them were served to us raw, but that could have been ignored with good attention, which was not the case. We just arrived and were greeted by a very friendly guy (he seemed to be the manager), but to charge us they sent a girl who made me and my other 15 companions feel quite uncomfortable. On the invoice it says her name is Julia Boza, first the girl told us that she could not give us a discount that we have for being employees of a certain company, because she had already taken out the invoice, after much insistence on our part she decided to go ask her manager, they told him that he should do it and he returned with the discounted ticket, up to that point it was already being annoying but passable, after that we began to pay each of our bills, as normal, the bill was divided which they did not ask us at the time to collect, but we didn't see it as a problem... but when we got to me, my card was not being read by the dataphone so another colleague paid before and I was last to pay, my bill was 15.85 euros , but 19.89 remained to be paid. We asked him to give us a moment to review the account and see where we had failed to correct and pay the overage. I told her: collect the 15 and 85 that I owe you, and we have already settled the 4 euros and paid what is missing... Well, what this girl has done is charge me everything that was missing without my authorization and she threw me the bill on the table and he told me: I have charged everything and he is gone! It seemed disrespectful to me. We had a horrible time due to their poor service and we will try not to return.
