2nd Goiko (1st in Barcelona was amazing). The one is horrible, untrained staff that can not deliver basic values of customer service. I ordered the only burger from the menu that was not listed as smash burger and that I could order the doneness of the meat (M-30, medium rare). But I received a smash burger, so not medium rare also. When I questioned the waiter "Jesus" about it, he mentioned that the one I ordered was not the one that I could choose the doneness, but verified by the menu from that Goiko it was actually the one mentioning exactly that ("punto de la carne"). Extremely disappointing. The burger was edible but not pleasant at all. Fries made the other star for food. But service Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
