Just had Pork Verde with a sunny side up egg! This was amazing! If this food truck is near by, go and get you some!

My sister and I just met the chef, Steve today while we were at the Fort Myers Brewery and we have to say this guy is a true artist when it comes to making food! He gets his inspiration for his dishes by other dishes he tries and really turns it into his own dish...and hell, it's good! For example, take the chimichurri tacos, they really compliment the beer at the brewery and were spicy yet satisfying. Oh and those truffle fries? Those were delicious, if you ever get a chance to go there or haven't tried it, you have to try it. I think those were the best fries I have had in the longest time...and according to my sister the wings were pretty awesome to the point where you don't want to share it. Plus, it's reasonably priced! So yeah, long story short, you should definitely order some food from Gold Coast Kitchen.
