Do not buy sashimi from here I don’t know how these people handle there sashimi but me and my friend have both gotten sick after eating sashimi from here, I have had oysters from here and I was fine but the numpty worker that put the tray of oysters in the bag put them in standing up vertically so the oyster juice dripped all through the bag. So careless if that’s how they bag oysters I can’t imagine how they handle sashimi.

At Gold Snapper Mosman we take food safety extremely seriously, and all of our sashimi is cut fresh daily following strict hygiene standards, so hearing this is very upsetting for our team. Regarding the oysters, we sincerely apologise for the way the bag was packed. A new staff member served you and unfortunately did not properly explain how the bag should be held to keep the oysters level. That should have been communicated clearly and we take responsibility for that oversight. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you.
