The food is severely overpriced for the quality and service you receive. I’ve been to the cafe several times, and 5 out of 6 visits involved the two employees arguing, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers. The service feels disorganized, and the overall experience does not match the prices being charged. A café charging premium prices should at least provide fresh food, consistent service, and a welcoming environment. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

For a customer that comes in and orders with positive energy and always leave a tip regardless of the purchase, when asking for clarification of the meat portions of a breakfast sandwich as I did not know a bacon sandwich only gets one piece of bacon and being met with attitude and frustration, is a no go. I kindly asked for a suggestion card or box and the young woman just continued with attitude. It concluded with her stating she isn’t the owner, she doesn’t make the prices, do you know how much bacon and eggs cost.well you can go to McDonalds for a better deal. I asked to speak with the other rep(her spouse) who took my order so that I could express my questions with someone with more customer service experience she laughs and calls him then states you can let her know you aren’t the owner. I expressed to him the same thing about not knowing it only came with 1 slice of bacon and me wanting to leave a suggestion regarding that, I paid for the extra bacon and didn’t mind paying for extra bacon I didn’t appreciate her attitude and poor handling of the experience this morning.
