I’ve been an owner in Golf del Sur for over 10 years and in my opinion and that of my family and friends is that the Golden Bay is the best Chinese Restaurant on the GDS. The food is excellent and the family atmosphere just adds to the experience. Sometimes yo have to be patient especially when it’s busy but the food is well worth the wait. Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This has to be one of the best restaurants for both take away and sit in meals. The owner is so knowledgeable. While browsing the large and varied menus on the outside wall one time the owner approached to ask if we needed help. I said one of our party is coeliac and he explained the symbols at the bottom showing what is suitable for vegan, coeliac, vegetarian etc. and told how they only buy in from their own Chinese supermarkets so they know exactly what is in every product. We have seen this lovely man many times over the years and whether you are dining there or just passing he will always say hello and he remembers you from previous visits.
