I am from the south side and had to run an errand out that way. I was so impressed with this place. The Service and food and extremely clean restrooms. This is a well run restaurant. I will come back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Bathrooms locked for customers. Im a customer. Try to use the bathroom. Door locked. Go to the front, ask politely is there is a key for the bathroom. Lady says I need to take your order.... im currently seated inside eating. I misheard her saying after I take this order. She takes the order. Looks at me. Says, sir I need to take your order. Miss, I am already seated. She comes back to where the bathrooms are, doesn't check anything, tells me its occupied. I wait 5 minutes. Knock on the door, nobody is in there. I been here for 15min. Nobody has used the restroom since I got here. Rude employee with zero customer service. While typing this, a man comes inside to ask to use the restroom, he's given a similar attitude.. his girl is in the drive thru ordering... is there anyone here responsible for the customer service training? Edit: Owner, I would rather be treated decently at your establishment than have you troll my Google review with your copypaste response. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We're really sorry about the locked restroom and the rude treatment. That is not how guests should be treated at Golden Chick. We regret the frustration and appreciate the feedback, and it will be shared with the team to improve service and training.
