It is totally hit or miss. The customer service is great. They don't complain when I walk there with my dog. And allow him to wait inside w me while I wait for my food. And usually don't hesitate to give me a small bowl for water for him. I like this location as it is like 5mins walk from home. But, I don't know if they have one chef or cook or what's going on back there. Bc the food quality is a total hit or miss. It can be so great some days. Then others you question if what they fried you is even food. It sucks really, bc Golden Chick is a name I feel you should be able to trust. A place that just kinda givçes you that at home comforting nestalgia feeling. But, it's a total gamble everytime I go. And this location desperately needs to upgrade their speaker system or whatever in the drive thru. Or check that the wires aren't crossed, chewed or something bc it is impossible to hear a thing on it. And might be part of the reason so many orders are wrong. This location def needs improvement. But, I believe in you Golden Chick! Come on, let's get it together! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First word. Consistency, one of my favorite places to visit for lunch! That 6$ Meal deal is HOT & READY!!! One day the oven was broken I waited 10 extra minutes and had the BEST FOOD!
