After waiting for ever to receive my food they messed gave me the incorrect order and Manager does not was the Best customer service they used require every one to take a course fast food or not it has really gone down hill !! They also never answer the phone it’s ridiculous! Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food here is amazing and a top chicken spot in Del Rio but the wait times are ridiculous! Waited 30 minutes just to get a simple 4pc combo. The cherry on top, they ran out of chicken! What a joke. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I was passing through town and hadn’t had Golden Chick in a while, so I decided to stop in. To my surprise, as soon as I walked in, the restaurant had a very weird smell. I waited about seven minutes before anyone even said hello or acknowledged me and the person in front of me. There were three people behind the counter working on what looked like to-go orders, and one person was changing something that appeared to be for drinks, possibly iced tea. They made eye contact with us but still didn’t acknowledge us. The restaurant was very dirty. The tables were dirty, the trash was full, there were no lids for the cups, and the ice machine had no ice. While I waited for my food, I went to the restroom, and it was also very dirty. Even the restroom doors were disgusting. I honestly wanted to ask for my money back, but I had already paid with Apple Pay and wasn’t sure how the refund process would work. This restaurant seems very poorly managed. It feels like the owner is either out of town or overlooking a lot, because there’s no way an owner could visit this location and ignore all of these issues.
