Absolutely horrendous costumer service we order last night got food poisoning and when I called the next day have been hung up on 3 times absolutely disgusting and they only refunded me half the money 2 days later absolutely ridiculous and the lady was so rude Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food is amazing and always hot on delivery, staff are super friendly and polite, we've be customers for 3 yrs and have never had a bad delivery, also recently we've had a bereavement and the staff have been so sweet and supportive, honestly made this few wks bearable, thank you all at golden dragon
