I had been craving some American food while traveling, and this place was exactly what I was looking for. The food was excellent, the portions were satisfying, and everything came out quickly despite being made fresh. The jerk chicken was especially good and full of flavor. In fact, I enjoyed my meal so much that I came back the very next day. One of the highlights was meeting the owner, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He shared the story behind the restaurant’s name, after taking a Greyhound trip from San Francisco to New York City and falling in love with the Golden Gate Bridge, he decided to name the restaurant after it. It was a great personal touch that made the experience even more memorable. Between the quality food, fast service, late-night hours, and warm hospitality, this is a spot I’d gladly recommend to anyone looking for a great meal. Went in October Our waiter/bartender was insanely friendly and welcoming even by Japanese service standards, the burger was solid for the price despite tasting nothing like what you’d expect from an American burger but the clam chowder was beyond delicious. Great vibe and people all around, one of the only restaurants I will paying a return visit to on a future trip to Japan, huge thanks to our waiter with the dodgers cap who got a chuckle from my San Francisco Giants gear Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
