Been eating from here for years and years , and always been best Chinese in Peterborough, recently it's taken a massive downturn in quality of food , takeaway we ordered recently, same as ordered loads of times before was bland and tasteless, . Family meals we have had in restaurant has not been as good . Dont know if changed chef or what , me and whole family have spent thousands and thousands in that place . Unfortunately they will no longer get our buisness anymore . Food is nowhere near as good anymore, our last takeaway was last straw . Absolutely disgraceful customer service, waited over 2 hours for food (2hrs 32 minutes to be precise) phoned up to ask where my order was and was hung up on by the staff member on the call after expressing my concern over the huge wait time (not being rude just explaining how me and my friends have been waiting all night) - order was over £70 also From my experience, I would not order again or recommend anyone to order from here This is my honest opinion, other people may have a positive experience however for me this was not the case. This is not an attack on the company just sharing my negative experience.
