I made an order for my wedding, that is unfortunately no longer happening. I sent a text to the owner of the business and she offered me a refund or a credit towards something else. I asked for a credit and she said that she would be able refund me the upcoming Friday after the conversation as she had already bought the supplies. Friday came and still nothing, I tried to ask her about it but she has just ignored my texts. I’m very disappointed with this service. What’s the point of offering a refund if you’re not going to do it?
