Waited 20 min in an empty shop, and the congee is cold in the middle so it has to be microwaved and not even microwaved well. What truly bothers me though is the kitchen worker had this chesty cough the entire time. Shop owners please let your sick staff take a day off, last three years had been bad enough as it is. I ate it because I don't have any standard. Figured anyone more sensible wouldn't come here. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
