We were hungry for some Mexican food in Galveston and our regular restaurant was closed so we decided to try a taco truck. They don't have prices on the board so I should've asked the price bc ended up paying $27 for 2 burritos, which I think is too expensive especially for a taco truck. I asked for 2 mexican Cokes and she told me $9.90 so I left them there. So I almost ended up paying $40 for 2 people had I gotten the cokes. Food was just mediocre, won't be going back here. Find another taco truck

This is our first time here and it definitely won't be the last. My husband had the Mexican chicken fajita quesadilla. He said it was the best quesadilla he has ever had. I had one barbacoa taco and one fish taco. They were both delicious. Everything was so fresh. You need to give this place a try. Your only regret will be that you didn't find this place sooner. Golden Rooster Taqueria between 33rd and 34th on Broadway. You can't miss the green color.
