It's a pity, the staff is terrific as most visitors mention. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, Golden Dragon is famous for its prompt service. This is not my first time order , I do not order often but never had any issues. Tonight the food is just disgusting, even a child would cook better, spare ribs BBQ sauce, as if they were cooked a month ago and fried in old salted oil, there was practically no sauce, the meat is dry and not tasty, plain rice, also not fresh in some places already hard, Chicken and prawn balls mix, if I'm not mistaken then out of 8 of them only 2 were with shrimp, sweet and sour sauce, less than half a container was poured, I understand that at the moment the whole business is trying to save money and survive in these hard times, but it turns out with the increase in prices the quality of food is only getting worse. Very very dissapointed tonight with The golden dragon . Placed our order at 5.45 pm . Delivery estimated at 6.50 - 7.10 pm Rang the take away twice . I was informed at 7.50 pm our order was being cooked and would be another 30 mins . At 8.25 pm our order was cancelled by the restaurant ????????? We have supported you all year but I’m assuming as our order was only £20.80 p you chose to cancel us 2 1/2 hours after ????
