️ Golden Concept Restaurant Located on the 4th floor of Mica Mall. When we visited, it had just opened, so the place was calm and not crowded. We went there for breakfast and had a very pleasant experience The view is amazing and really enjoyable The service style is very formal and professional, and we were completely satisfied with the customized items we ordered A luxurious and delightful experience, especially for breakfast Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: IRR 4–5m

Most of the items on the menu are not available, and they even said they don’t have regular soda because it’s finished. The staff’s behavior is just for show, and the quality and quantity they advertise are not real. The dishes are also dirty. Price per person: IRR 2–3m Food: 3 Atmosphere: 5

ما این رستوران را به خاطر جذابیت منو انتخاب کردیم، اما بعد از اینکه نشستیم و کمی منو را بررسی کردیم، گارسون اعلام کرد که حدود ۹۰٪ آیتمهای منو «۸۶» هستند (یعنی موجود نیستند). اولاً مشخص نبود «۸۶» به چه معناست و انتظار میرود کارکنان با مشتری بهصورت شفاف صحبت کنند. ثانیاً اگر بیشتر منو موجود نیست، منطقی است که این موضوع قبل از نشستن مشتری اطلاع داده شود، نه بعد از آن. علاوه بر این، چنگال و چاقویی که برای ما آورده شد کاملاً تمیز نبود و آثار غذا روی آنها دیده میشد، که از نظر بهداشت واقعاً قابل قبول نیست. در مجموع تجربهای ناامیدکننده بود و قطعاً با انتظاری که از ظاهر منو ایجاد شده بود همخوانی نداشت.
