Thank you for nothing (as some people always say so casually), would probably be the right beginning for a crowning conclusion to my membership at the Bad Kissingen Golf Club. So far I've been "actually" very satisfied over the last 4 years. Points of criticism: You talked me very constructively into a family membership so that my son (7 years old) can also play in the GC without any additional costs (good thought) despite the repeated advice that I don't actually need a membership for my wife and daughter because they never play golf become. Statement from you: "Yes, such a family membership costs almost nothing except for the small DGV BGV etc. fees (approx. 50 euros for all 3 per year, and it's good for the club)...it would only be possible if they too whole family is registered”. Now comes the questionable aspect of the whole misery for me. You are retroactively deciding on an energy levy for all full members over 18 for the year 2023. What I find so incomprehensible, however, is that you suddenly consider my wife a full member and I now, not only for me (which is totally annoying anyway), but also for my wife (which, as mentioned, does not play) is allowed to pay the 175 euro energy levy. 350 whopping euros in addition to the almost 1400 euros already paid annual fees for 2023. Strong performance :( In the future, family membership should now increase by around 40% in 2024 (over 500 euros more) etc. So the reasons for terminating my or our membership. In my opinion, the way we young members have been treated here is definitely the wrong way to gain new members and the Kissinger Golf Club has seen me for the last time thanks to nice alternatives in the immediate area...and someone should see me again If you ask me whether I still enjoy playing golf in Kissingen, the answer for me can unfortunately NOT be the same anymore. It's a shame, I can say that much with all emphasis. I still wish you much success for the coming financial years! A former; now unfortunately dissatisfied member!
