I ordered a Hojicha Latte with Chocolate balls and the serve said they ran of the balls. I asked of I could have it replaced with the original (since logically it makes sense) yet they said it would cost extra as it's a topping. It's ridiculous that you have to pay more for less.
Also have had multiple times where it is a long wait at a non busy time. No one was taking any orders as they were taking their time doing their own thing with no urgency at all. It wastes peoples time, and just put me off buying here from the future.
