Been a customer for almost 3 years... I was offended by your employees today and it ruined my day... It was a busy moment for them.we waited for 10min...no one came to clean the plates of previous customers and we haven't order anything... I understand their situation and as we dun have much time, we didn't complain and leave. When we were half way to ground floor, a waitress ran off to us holding a bill, telling us we haven't paid the bill yet...WTF!!! We didn't eat anything, we didn't order anything to be exact...What on earth r u guys thinking, to let your customer ashamed on public...huh? I was frustrated, went to their counter, threw some words losing my temper....But still, i didn't feel good with what they did to usual customers like us....Shame on u.. Ps: the owner of the cafe saw my review, contacted me and apologised me personally for the staffs' mistakes and misunderstandings. So i will rate 3 stars for the sake of customer friendly owner..:-)
