This is definitely the most delicious Phad Thai I’ve ever had! It looks so simple, but every chewing brought out slightly different taste, as if it was out of complexity of savor from rare things. In addition to that, I am a person not into tofu, but I could easily surrender to “Good restaurant”’s dense kind of yellow tofu. It’s proven, that magics could happen in a humble Thai kitchen like this one.
