2024/11/2Sat I wanted to eat meat again today, so I visited GOOD MEAT STOCK for the first time. When I arrived a little after the opening time of 11:00, there was already one group there. I only wanted to eat meat, so I ordered 300g of prime shoulder loin steak with pepper sauce. When it was served, it was cooked rare on one side, and I was asked to grill it on the iron plate if I wanted to eat it, so I thought they didn't ask me about the doneness. The meat was of good quality and delicious, but since I like to eat well-done, I was a little disappointed that even when I heated it slowly on the iron plate, it was only cooked to medium-rare. In fact, I would say this is a store recommended for people who like rare items. It might be expected from the building, but the interior of the store was stylish, and many of the employees were handsome and cool-looking.
