Good Refresh flies under the radar a bit as a footpath stop between Bangtao Beach and Boat Ave. It would be easy to slide by but certainly better value than those two places. Worth riding there for the mango sticky rice, just to take home dessert but they also have the traditional 20 page menu in which everything turns out quick and fresh. Genuine Al Fresco roadside experience and i think they also own the adjoining smoothie, cocktails, beers etc booth to round out your dining experience. Doesn't disappoint.
