Ive been ordering from good smoke since they were in Webster. The past few years the quality has gone way down hill. I recently ordered a rack of ribs for 45$. I got home and they were cooked so long and dried out so much that you could have thrown it at the wall and probably put a hole through the drywall. This isn't the first time this has happened but I like the joint so I tried one last time to order from there. And unfortunately it is my last from this place. I emailed them and they said they would reimburse me. But they have not and I don't care about the money. I just wanted some good ribs, so it cost me 45$ to never order from there again. I'm writing this so you don't. Don't go there, don't order from there, the food is garbage. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. Do yourself a favor and just go to Dinosaur. At least their good and consistent. Food: 1

Because the order was placed by phone and paid in cash, we needed a little time to locate the transaction and determine the best way to issue the refund.Before we were able to complete that process, the review was posted stating that we had not refunded you. We followed up again and remained willing to make it right, but you let us know that you no longer wanted the reimbursement.We appreciate the years you supported Good Smoke and are genuinely sorry that your recent experiences did not live up to what you had come to expect from us.

Review for Good Smoke BBQ & Pub I ordered the 2-meat brisket plate and specifically asked for moist brisket. Instead, I was served lean, which was dry and flavorless. The BBQ sauce was watery and added nothing to the meal. Honestly, the sides ended up being the best part — and they were just “okay” at best. For $35 plus a $6 tip, I walked out wondering why I didn’t just go to a chain BBQ place. At least there I would’ve gotten what I ordered, with better flavor and consistency. This was a real letdown, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a quality BBQ experience. I even called afterward to complain, but the staff didn’t seem to care much, which just added to the disappointment. Between the poor food quality and lack of customer service, I can’t recommend this place at all. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $30–50
