I can’t express the joy I get coming to this place and not just for the AMAZING COFFEE!! But the people that work here! They see you, they are as happy to see you as you are them! They take time to know how you like things and how they can improve! I am a coffee gal and I have never got this type of service else where! I love my good city family! And so thankful for all of them especially my triple J’s!! Jamie! Jordan! Jacob! You guys are rock stars and I can’t thank yall enough for your amazing service!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time customer and last. Got in line for a morning espresso drink and was skipped by 3 customers behind me to receive the drink by the cashier/barista dude. I originally thought these were online orders but confirmed this place does not have an online order service. It may be reasonable being skipped once or even twice for a more elaborated drink but 3 times shows a deliberate intent to bother a customer. I ordered a simple espresso shot for about $3 and gave a $1 tip that was maybe perceived as low. Or frankly an unfortunate act of discrimination. In any case, I did mention the incident to a lady barista that came in later and who ended up preparing my drink. Definitely will share this negative experience with friends, co-worker, and family mainly to create awareness on what not to do and where not to get your coffee. Good city coffee co did not disappoint. We tried the flat white with a ham and cheese croissant and a blueberry bagel. The flat white and bagel were very tasty while the croissant left me hoping for better.
