Gustav and Paige really are putting Chicago on the map with their menu. The Chicago style Brat was fantastic, the spice from the giardinera and the sweetness from the BBQ sauce is the perfect marriage of sweet and heat. The Mac and cheese is nothing to sneeze at. Buttery, cheesy, and the cavatapi is the correct choice. Run, don’t walk. They do catering and I’ll be considering them for catering in the very near future. P.S phone didn’t eat first Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I just ate here today, and it was the best brisket I've ever had. I'm probably going to get this guy to cater my wedding. Give him a shot, it will not be regretted. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I finally some ribs from Goodstuff Eats that I got at a farmer’s market a few months ago and they are incredible. They came vacuumed sealed, so I was able to keep them in the freezer until I’m ready to make them. The owner, Gustav, was so helpful at the market and told me exactly what I needed to do to reheat the ribs. I used their seasonal blueberry bbq sauce (the best of all their flavors imo). At the farmers market, they were also selling artisan grilled cheeses that you could add some of their meats to. I tried them and they were to die for. You can’t go wrong with anything from goodstuff! Edited to Add: the process was super easy. I just wrapped the ribs in some tin foil, put them on a cooking sheet and added a little bit of moisture , and baked at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
