It's delicious but the waitresses are chaos, you almost have to stop or yell at them 10 times to get them to go, they look bad and if they see you arrive you have to tell them 20 minutes later “will you take my order?!?!?!? !” Don't leave a tip for the same reason, it's EARNED. I am from Monterrey in the year 2000 and I had breakfast at Gorditas Caro, like in heaven, days ago I went back to Gorditas Caro, like hell, unfortunately, a long time to serve, the fermented sauce, the pork in red chile very tasteless, they don't sell sugar free soda.
