Redds Ramen Ya, it's not your regular ramen place. I have to say the staff is nice and attentive. The decor depends on your taste, but I respect the local art. I'm not sure what type of ramen this is, but it for sure is not the typical ramen. Let me start with the good.... the broth has good flavor and the toppings are to my standards. Where it went down hill for me was the noodles. I understand they are made in house, and while I find that respectable, it doesn't make them good. They are thick and have a weird consistency that make them stick together into a rubbery mess. I get it there are different types of ramen, but noodles should not stick together and form a big blob. I love to support local, but I have to say that this will not be my to go ramen place. At the end of the day the noodles are gonna make you or break you. And honestly if making them from scratch isn't cutting it, than it's time to seek other options. You can't be hell bent on something that is just not working. I give 3 stars one for effort, one for the attentiveness of the staff, and one for the broth.
