To order perfectly cooked beer battered fish and chips, shrimp tacos and shrimp pasta is a really nice idea. You will enjoy its food, especially good vanilla ice cream, triple brownies and bread pudding. Visit this place and have delicious craft beer, wine or whiskey. It's a must to taste great lemonade or good tea while visiting this bar.

What a great place to relax with a good friend. The beer is great, the atmosphere chill, and aspen rocked as a server. Prices very reasonable and the heated patio is a great spot. The only thing that I would change is the surrounding strip mall but this a must eat place for a chill night.

The "Beef Medallions" are really kebab nuggets.  The meat was marinaded but not seasoned in any way.   It was very tough and chewy.   Not the beef filet I was expecting.   The vegetables were undercooked and had no salt or pepper or really anything on them other than some cooking oil. The service was pretty poor.   Our meal took a VERY long time to prepare.   We were seated next to the kitchen and saw probably 15 plates just sitting on the kitchen counter with no server in sight. Also, what kind of douchey restaurant has a t-shirt gift shop in the loobby?   That made me laugh the most.    Let's commemorate the night of mediocrity with a souvenir.    Classy!

Valley Circle Theater A single screen theater in the Mission Valley section of San Diego. One of three in it's heyday (the other two were the Center and Cinema 21). Anchored the Mission Valley West Center before its demolition. Opened by National General Theatres on December 23, 1966 with Peter Sellers in "After the Fox". The theatre had 922 seats, all on a single level. It was closed and demolished in early-1998. cinematreasures.org/thea… I remember being here in 1977 for Star Wars.  Valley Circle Theater was one of the best places in town to see 70mm Dolby films.  The line wound around the building for months.  The theatre was among the fanciest in town.  I was sad when they tore it down.   Now I see Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant with fancy valet parking.  Menu is huge but the fish and chips was the thing that excited me.  Fried cod had a crunchy beer batter shell. Cod was delicate and juicy.  Delicious mix of flavors from the salty batter and the mild cod.  French fries were the standard fast food fry cooked perfectly with a crunchy outside and hot fluffy inside.  I like the fresh oil they used which didn't leave any nasty aftertaste. Place is modern fancy looking.  I'd come back again for the fish and chips or to try a burger.
