the location is horrible. I usually frequent the other one which is much better but this was closer I've been there 3 times this week and have had bad experience every time. noone around noone knows anything. Today I was there and needed help in the freezer department I was totally ignored after i asked for help and was told someone would ve with me. i waited and waited. The to employees up front just kept avoiding me instead of saying that they didn't have anyone to help me I just wanted to be acknowledg'd it was handled very poorly and I spend a lot of money in that store for my business and I wasn't offered boxes for my product I wasn't offered help out and I wasn't told about the survey......all this is always done at the Illinois road location. i wont be back
