prices are higher than local supermarkets but they used to be lower and made it worthwhile to shop there

I was in this store yesterday getting Gatorade for my sick 4 year old. my husband went to check out so I could use the restroom. I hurry and slipped and fell landing on my tailbone. When I came out I told the cashier I slipped and fell because someone just mopped and didn't put up a caution wet floor sign. she called me a list saying no one has mopped ???????????? I then asked her why there was a mop bicker by the sink? she didn't apologize or ask if I needed help. the manager apologized, took my name and number. extremely rude to me over there employees making a mistake
