Thank you for taking the time to tell us — I’m truly sorry you had that experience. That is not the level of service we expect or want our guests to have. As you can probably tell from other reviews, we're known for great service and this was a 1-off I'm sure. As the owner I do discuss the importance of going above and beyond, which is why we are stubbornly commited to table service (in a world where that is going away fast). We believe people still want connection and like that our whole team wants to get to know our neighbors. As you probably are aware, the freshly-painted rainbow road and amazing weather meant the busiest stretch the team has had in 2026 (by far). The team absolutely killed it for customer after customer until they just needed a nap, and the day you came in was our first cloudy/slow day. So while I will remind the team to always bring their a-game even when business slows, I do empathize with the fact that my team was exhausted. This team is great at what they do, so I'm not livid about one mistake...I'm proud of them for 999 happy customers in an exciting and unpredictable week. That said, we do care about you and want to show you that your experience wasn't the norm. We want to be 1000/1000. I’d like to make it right.
