地下鉄国際センター駅から歩いて５分弱ほどの場所、古き街並みの残る四間道エリアにある焼き鳥屋さんです。平日の夜に利用してみました。古民家を改装した趣きある雰囲気で店内はカウンター１２席の席数、１８時３０分に予約して伺いましたが、すでに５割ほどの客入りですぐに満席になっていました、なかなかに人気の様子ですね。この日いただいたのは税込み５０００円で月曜日と木曜日のみ提供の若手応援コース、名前だけ見ると若い人した頼めないようにも見えますが、コレは若手の方が焼き手になるのということなのでワタクシのようなおじさんでも注文可能です(笑) この日の料理は鶏むね肉とスナップエンドウのゴマ酢和えにはじまり、ささみのさび焼き、もも、ズッキーニ、抱き身、砂肝、ウチモモ、半熟うずら卵、やげん軟骨、つくね、それにバターチキンカレーまたは鶏出汁にゅうめんといったご飯もの、さらにはお土産として鶏そぼろ弁当まで持たせてくれます。鶏は毎日店内で捌いている三河赤鶏を使用しているということでお肉の質もなかなかのもの、それに焼きの方も若手ということでリーズナブルになっていますがどの串も絶妙な火入れで熟練の職人さんが焼いてくれているものと思っていたくらいです。まず最初の串として登場したささみのさび焼き、中はピンク色の見事なレアでありながらもちゃんと熱が入っている見事な火入れ、塩加減も絶妙でわさびの風味もバッチリ、この時点で間違いないことを確信しました。実際にそのあとの串もどれもすごく美味しかったですが、特に希少部位のウチモモは最高でしたね、表面はパリッと身はめちゃくちゃ柔らかくジューシー、お肉の旨みを最大限に引き立てるような絶妙な塩加減で実に見事でした。この雰囲気、この味なら１００００円以上でもおかしくないような内容なのにこの値段はめちゃくちゃリーズナブルですね、文句なしに大満足です、ごちそうさまでした。 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥6,000–7,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
