Oh man, is this a thing of beauty or what? Gosoo Dakgalbi - a stir fried chicken restaurant made with bite sized pieces of chicken mixed with glass noodles, knife-cut noodles, fish cake, and all manner of other goodies with an enormous river of cheese running right through the middle, ready to be mixed. At the end, be ready for a skilled server to take the remaining sauce, chicken, and cheese, and fry it up with rice, toasted sesame seeds, and seaweed, making for a carbtastic and totally delicious meal. Courteous staff, delicious food.
