Quality products but terrible staff. Let me start by saying that I am a regular customer, I often buy a lot of croissants in the morning to take to work, even 30/40 at a time. The Moroccan shop assistant, despite knowing my loyalty as a customer, decides to treat me indecently. First, they gave me pizzas with frankfurters when I had clearly asked for margherita pizzas. When I pointed out that I had asked for another type of pizza, I was arrogantly told to remove the frankfurter, I find it shocking. But I move on and decide to remain silent because I repeat, I am a customer and I really appreciate the products. I ask for brioche, I state that the flavors were clearly indicated on the receipt previously given at the checkout. She asks me the flavors and I repeat them to her, she goes to fill a brioche with ricotta and gets confused. He puts an unsolicited brioche in my bag and when I point it out to him he snorts and starts by saying I asked you and you also confirmed it. I lose my temper and tell her that she is rude and that she has been treating me with little professionalism since I arrived. I tell you, when the clerk makes a mistake with the customer he apologizes, he doesn't even act arrogant. She tells me in a very arrogant manner, I DON'T APOLOGIZE TO ANYONE. This just shows his smallness as a person. He gives me the croissants and with a sarcastic smile tells me God bless you. But what ways are they? What kind of treatment is this towards customers? Review the staff for the good of the business which has a lot of potential.
