My family and I have been coming to grab out of this spot for over 10 years. It's always consistent with flavor and taste. I highly recommend this neighborhood local Chinese spot. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5

To answer the question, yes. They got rice. Not sure who they were asking the question to, but at the time, I did not have rice. But after I left, I had rice. Got rice. No false advertising here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Rice is a plant or something like that, certainly not an animal product.
